By inviting or using Overseer ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

Description

The services the Bot provides are provided "as is" and "as available".

User Responsibilities

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You are responsible for your use of the Bot and any content you generate or share.
You must not use the Bot for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

Prohibited activities

Violating intellectual property rights.
Exploiting vulnerabilities or interfering with the Bot’s operation.

Data and privacy

The Bot may collect and store data as described in our privacy policy

Liability and warranties

The Bot is provided without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from its use.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Bot without providing a reason.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes can be reviewed in this repositories' git commit history on GitHub
